Menus, price lists & QR

One carta, everywhere it needs to be

Write your menu or price list once. It shows on your profile, on your own website, and behind a QR code your customers scan at the table — and it exports as a print-ready PDF when you want it on paper. Change a price in one place and every one of those changes with it.

  • 22 designs, 20 colour schemes
  • A QR code for the table
  • Print-ready PDF with bleed and crop marks
  • The fourteen allergens, marked per dish

What it does

One carta, kept in one place, doing the work in four.

Written once, published everywhere

Your profile, your website, the QR code and the printed PDF all read the same carta. There is no second version to update and forget.

A QR code your customers scan

No app to download: it opens in the browser, in their language. You can publish your WiFi as a QR on the same page, so nobody has to read a password off a chalkboard.

Printed without a designer

Export a print-ready PDF in 6 formats — including tri-fold and table tent — with the bleed and crop marks a print shop expects.

Allergens and diets, per dish

Mark the 14 allergens EU law names and 10 dietary marks on each item. Guests filter the carta and see their options in one tap.

22 designs

Each one is a full typographic system — type, spacing, section marks, how the price meets the dish. Pick by trade if it helps, or ignore the labels entirely: any design works for any business.

Carta Blanca

Carta Blanca

Fine dining · Restaurants · Beauty & wellness

Minimalist luxury: clean paper, small caps and as much white space as possible.

Previews use sample content, so each design shows the kind of carta it was drawn for — a wine list as a wine list, a tariff as a tariff. Yours would carry your own items and prices.

20 colour schemes, or your own

Colour is a separate axis from design: change one without touching the other. The same design, six ways —

teide
medianoche
sal
cobre
jade
coral

You can also enter your own brand colours. If your accent would be unreadable on your paper colour, it is corrected automatically — an illegible carta is not something you can build here.

What your customer sees

The published carta, on the phone of someone sitting at your table. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for.

  • Their own language — Spanish, English or German
  • Search, and filters for vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and the rest
  • Your WiFi, as a QR they can scan without typing
  • Photos where you have them, and prices that are always current

On paper

The same carta, laid out for print. The PDF is generated from the design you chose, so what you approved on screen is what the printer receives.

Every carta carries a small "made with Canarionet" line — that is what pays for the free plan. From the Pro plan you can switch it off.

  • A4, A5, A3 and letter
  • Tri-fold leaflet and table tent
  • Portrait or landscape
  • Bleed and crop marks for the print shop

Why all of this is on the free plan

  1. You build a carta free and print its QR code
  2. It sits on your tables, doors and counters
  3. Customers scan it and read the carta in their language
  4. The small "made with Canarionet" line is seen by other owners
  5. One of them claims their own listing — and prints their own carta

No ad budget, no data selling — distribution that compounds one printed carta at a time. It is also why every design and the print export are free: the more cartas out there, the better the whole platform does.

One carta on the free plan

Publishing a carta costs nothing. Paid plans raise the number you can keep, not the quality of any one of them: every design, every colour scheme and the print export are available on all plans.

  • Free — one carta, up to 20 items in 5 sections
  • Starter — three cartas
  • Pro — ten cartas, and the platform line removed
  • Business — twenty-five cartas
