Canarionet operates under Spanish law and European Union regulations, including: GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) on personal data protection; LOPDGDD (Spanish Organic Law 3/2018) on data protection and digital rights; LSSI-CE (Spanish Law 34/2002) on information society services and e-commerce; and the Spanish Consumer Defence Act (TRLGDCU) where applicable.
